How does FRDM work?

FRDM is a subscription-based clothing model. Become a member by subscribing to one of our packages, shop our current collection, order your favourite pieces, wear and then return to repeat the process.

How many pieces can I borrow at a time?

Subscribe to the package that best suits your lifestyle and needs. Our Basic package allows you to borrow one item at a time. The Classic package allows you up to three items at a time and the Ultimate package means you can borrow up to five pieces at a time! Wear your pieces as long as you like, return one to borrow another.

How long can I borrow a piece for?

You can borrow a piece for as long as you like! FRDM is here to offer you fashion freedom, choose a piece you love and wear it as long as you like. When you feel like something new, return the old piece for an update.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Nope, shipping is included in your membership.

Do you ship internationally?

No, at the moment we only ship Australia-wide.

Do I have to pay for dry-cleaning?

No way! Leave all dry cleaning and clothing care up to us. You don’t have to worry about a thing. Just place the items you are returning in the satchel provided and begin enjoying a laundry free life.

What happens if I stain or damage a piece?

We get it, accidents can happen. You will be charged a small mending fee if a piece is slightly damaged. However, if a piece is damaged beyond repair, FRDM will charge you the retail price of the piece (approximately $50).

What if I don't like what I ordered / it doesn't fit?

FRDM is here to revolutionise the way you shop and wear clothes. If you don’t like a piece you’ve ordered, simply return it and choose something new.

When will my order arrive?

We express ship all orders. If you’re based in Metro Melbourne, expect to receive your pieces within 1-2 days. All other Australian locations please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

How do I return my order?

Simply pop your pieces into the pre-paid return satchel we will attach with your order. From there take it to the closest Australia Post Office or Mailbox and leave the rest to us. Yep, it’s that easy.

What happens if I want to change my subscription package?

If you wish to change your package, simply email us at hello@frdm.com.au and we will make the relevant changes to your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you choose to cancel your membership, please return all items you have borrowed. We will then issue a cancellation once the FRDM team have received all your items.
